fresh juice barista cappuccinos poor air conditioning awkward room
The breakfast was amazing , with barista cappuccinos and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Made-to-order options like eggs benedict were also available , which I loved. The bedding and bathrooms were as nice as you would expect.
The air conditioning in rooms was poor , and I had to switch rooms after the first night. Rooms are small and awkwardly shaped , which was not ideal. I FOUND the floral smell in the rooms to be off-putting.

the staffs friendly approach and proactive attitude. i seemed like a valued guest because of their attention. the hotel have an intimate size and a beautiful restaurant. this hotel is one of my best choices so far in europe.
i found the gym a little compact, it would be better with a machine more.

my room was spacious, impeccably clean and had elegant decor. it also had a perfect blend of comfort and style. the bed were comfy, but i missed a king size bed during the night.

The location is quite good. It is near main attractions.
The noise at night was significant. i could hear music until late, and i was on the fourth floor. Sleep quality suffered. the breakfast felt average for the cost and service at reception was somewhat indifferent.

convenient location large room rooftop bar
The hotel's location is very convenient near boat tours. The room was bright and large. The rooftop bar provided great views and I enjoyed delicious breakfasts each morning.

prime location easy access attentive staff dietary needs
I appreciated the hotel's prime location. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The Bonnie's restaurant breakfast service was really good. Staff readily accommodated my dietary needs. The Hibou bar staff were attentive and discreet.
The elevator was surprisingly SLOW. A better system for managing the flow of guests would greatly enhance the experience.
